Vintage Behavioral Healthcare Center LLC offers a comprehensive Psychiatric Day Treatment Program designed to help individuals achieve meaningful recovery by improving social skills, strengthening connections with family and community, and enhancing overall daily functioning. Our program provides structured support, therapeutic interventions, and practical skills to help participants reach their full potential. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Comprehensive Care Approach
Our program combines multiple treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. Key components include:
Pharmacotherapy and Medication Management
Medications play a critical role in supporting recovery, particularly when integrated with psychosocial therapies and behavioral interventions. While pharmacotherapy targets specific aspects of psychiatric or substance use disorders, it alone cannot restore overall functioning or promote lasting lifestyle change.
At Vintage Behavioral Healthcare Center LLC, our multidisciplinary team:
- Initiates and monitors medication regimens for participants in need
- Provides relief from withdrawal symptoms
- Reduces cravings and relapse risk
- Addresses underlying mental health conditions contributing to substance use
- Monitors treatment for co-occurring medical conditions
Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs, which require attendance 3–5 days per week, are ideal for participants who benefit from structured pharmacotherapy alongside therapy and skill-building activities.
Therapeutic Groups
Our program includes a variety of structured groups to support recovery at every stage:
Psychoeducational Groups
These groups provide knowledge and skills essential for understanding and managing psychiatric and substance use challenges. Sessions stimulate discussion, encourage self-reflection, and promote behavioral change. Topics include:
Treatment Engagement:

- Overcoming ambivalence and denial
- Conducting self-assessments and goal setting
Early Recovery:
- Understanding the biopsychosocial model of recovery
- Learning about the effects of substances on the body and brain
- Identifying triggers, peer pressures, and high-risk situations
- Developing coping strategies and time management
- Learning about mutual-help groups and support networks

- Recognizing relapse warning signs
- Creating relapse prevention plans
- Improving coping, stress management, and anger management
- Rebuilding relationships and strengthening family dynamics
- Developing life skills, including financial, vocational, and parenting skills
- Enhancing personal health, spirituality, and overall life balance
Skills-Development Groups
These groups give participants a safe environment to practice essential skills, including:
- Drug or Alcohol Refusal Training: Role-playing real-life scenarios to resist substance use
- Relapse Prevention: Identifying personal triggers and high-risk situations
- Assertiveness Training: Learning to communicate confidently and appropriately
- Stress Management: Developing techniques to manage daily stressors
Support and Interpersonal Process Groups
Participants work alongside peers at similar recovery stages to:
- Explore practical ways to change negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
- Practice healthy relationships and conflict resolution
- Examine the impact of their actions on others and the group
Single-Interest Groups: Focus on specific concerns, such as gender, sexual orientation, legal history, or past trauma.
Family or Couples Groups: Support loved ones in understanding substance use effects on relationships and foster healing and communication skills.
Vintage Behavioral Healthcare Center LLC’s Psychiatric Day Treatment Program is designed to provide a structured, compassionate, and holistic path to recovery, giving participants the tools, support, and confidence they need to live healthier, more connected lives.
